Drink Recipes "Ba"- Dallas Bartenders; Beverage Catering

B-52: Shooter glass. Chill and layer 1/2 oz. Kahlua, 1/2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream and 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier.

B & B: Cordial glass. 1/2 oz. Benedictine and 1/2 oz. brandy. Carefully float the brandy on top of the Benedictine.

Bacardi Cocktail: Chilled cocktial glass. 2 oz. Bacardi light rum, 1 oz. fresh lime juice and 1/2 oz. grenadine. Shake with ice and strain.

Back in Black: Collins glass filled with ice. 1 oz. Cointreau, 1 1/2 oz. tequila. Fill with cola and garnish with a lime or lemon slice.

Bahama Mama: Collins or other tall glass with cracked ice. 1/2 oz. dark rum, 1/2 oz. coconut liqueur, 1/4 oz. 151 proof rum, 1/4 oz. of coffee liqueur, juice of 1/2 lemon and 4 oz. of pineapple juice. Garnish with a strawberry or cherry.

Bailey's Fizz: Collins glass filled with ice. 2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream and 3 oz. club soda. Stir in a shaker tin and pour over crushed ice.

Banana Cognac Cocktail: Cocktail glass. 1 oz creme de banana and 1 oz. cognac. Stir with ice in a shaker and strain.

Banana Cow: Cocktail glass. 1 oz. light rum, 1 oz creme de banana, 1 1/2 oz. cream and 1 dash of grenadine. Shake and strain. Garnish with a banana slice and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Banana Daiquiri (Frozen): Tall glass. 1 1/2 oz. light rum, 1/2 oz. cream, 1/2 oz. lime juice, 1 tsp. sugar (or 1/2 oz. sweet and sour if not available), 1 oz. banana liqueur, 1/4 banana. 1/2 cup crushed ice in a blender and add all ingredients. Blend at low speed until smooth.

Banana Slip: Cordial glass. 1 1/2 oz creme de banana and 1 1/2 oz. Irish creme liqueur. Pour in order given.

Banana Sombrero: Chilled rocks glass. 1 1/2 oz. of banana liqueur, chill and strain then layer with 2 oz. of cream.

Banana-Split Martini: Chilled cocktail glass drizzled with strawberry and chocolate syrup. 1 1/2 oz. premium vodka, 1 1/2 oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur and 1/4 oz. creme de banane. Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with a slice of banana.

Banshee: Chilled rocks glass. 1 oz. of banana liqueur, 1 oz. white cream de cacao and 1 oz. of cream. Shake and strain.

Barred in Boston: Martini glass. 2 oz. quality rum, 1/2 oz. cranberry juice and 1/2 oz. pineapple juice. Shake with ice and strain.

Bat Bite: 1 1/4 oz. Bacardi Silver Rum and 4 oz. cranberry juice. Garnish with a squeeze of lime or lemon,

Bay Breeze: Highball glass with ice. 1 1/2 oz. vodka, 1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice and 1 1/2 oz. cranberry juice. Stir well. Garnish with a lime squeeze.
