Chambord Margarita: 1 oz. gold tequila, 1/2
oz. triple sec, 1/2 oz. Chambord and 3 oz. sweet and sour. Combine
all ingredients in an electric blender with 1 cup if ice. Garnish
with a lime.
Champagne Cocktail: Chilled champagne glass.
1 lump of sugar, 2 dashes bitters. Place in a chilled champagne glass
and fill with champagne. Add a twist of lemon peel.
Chapala: Old-fashioned glass with ice. 1 1/2
oz. tequila, 1 tbsp. orange juice, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 dash triple
sec and 2 tsp's. grenadine. Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with
a slice of orange.
Charlie Chaplan Cocktail: Chilled cocktail glass.
1 oz. apricot brandy, 1 oz. sloe gin and 1 oz. fresh lime juice. Sshake
with ice and strain. From the old Waldorf-Astoria Hotel pre-1920s.
Chocolate Cake: Shooter glass. 1/2 oz. vodka
and 1/2 oz. Frangelico. Shake and strain. Serve with lemon wedges
sprinkled with sugar.
Chocolate Mint: Footed
mug. 1 oz. peppermint schnapps or creme de menthe. Fill mug with hot
chocolate. Garnish with miniature marshmellows.
Chocolate Raspberry Martini: 1 1/2 oz. Stoli
Raspberry Vodka and 1/2 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur. Shake with ice
and strain.. Top with a splash of soda. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
Chocolate Rum: Old-fashioned glass with ice.
1 oz. light rum, 1/2 oz dark dream de cacao, 1/2 oz. white cream de
menthe, 1 tbsp. light cream and 1 tsp. 151-proof rum. Shake with ice
and strain.
Chi-Chi: Red wine glass. 1 1/2 oz. vodka, 1
oz. cream of coconut and 4 oz. pineapple juice. Mix in blender with
one cup of ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
Citrus
Sharkbite: Collins glass with ice. 3/4 oz. Citrus
Vodka, 1/2 oz. Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice, 1/4 oz. grenadine and
4 oz. orange juice. Top with greandine and garnish with a lime wedge.
